- Cancellation and Amendment Policy:
- 48 Hours Before the Tour Date: Cancellations or amendments made 48 hours before the scheduled tour date will incur no charges, and a full refund will be issued.
- 24-48 Hours Before the Tour Date: Cancellations or amendments made within 24-48 hours before the scheduled tour date will incur a 50% charge of the total tour cost.
- Less than 24 Hours Before the Tour Date: Cancellations or amendments made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour date will incur a 100% charge of the total tour cost.
- No-Show Policy: No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.
- In the case of credit card refunds, a 5% online service charge will be applied.

- To cancel or amend your booking, please contact us via email, telephone, or fax. Our customer service team will assist you with the process.
- Liability:
- Adventure Tours shall not be responsible for any damages resulting from accidents, illness, injury, loss of personal baggage, or trip cancellations. It is advisable to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
- Ensure you carry all relevant legal travel documents for your tour (e.g., personal ID or passport).

- The service, content, and services from or through the service are provided “as-is,” “as available,” and all warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed (including but not limited to disclaimers of implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose).
- The sole and entire maximum liability of the company, for any reason, and the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any cause whatsoever, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the particular items purchased.
- The company and its affiliates, dealers, or suppliers are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including damages for loss of business, loss of profits, litigation, or the like), whether based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- The limitations of damages set forth are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between the company and the buyer. This site and services would not be provided without such limitations. Some state statutes may apply regarding the limitation of liability.
